Stir pre-soaked chia seeds into porridge or yogurt, or offer chia pudding flavored with mashed fruit. Let baby self-feed.
Always pre-soak. Never serve dry chia seeds; they can swell and pose a choking risk.
Continue serving pre-soaked chia in scoopable foods. Add to thick smoothies or aguas frescas with mashed fruit and lime.
