Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using nappi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
nappi is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log and monitor their baby's sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, pumping, and activities. The App includes both free and premium subscription features, AI-powered entry extraction, voice assistant integrations, and companion apps for Apple Watch and Amazon Alexa.
Account Registration
To use nappi, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription and Payments
nappi offers both free and premium tiers:
- Free Tier: Includes all tracking features, family sync, 14 days of history, day view reports, all sleep sounds, and 5 Quick Log uses per month
- Premium Tier: Includes unlimited history, all report views, weekly digest, CSV data export, unlimited Quick Log (AI-powered entry extraction), and SleepSense nap predictions. Premium benefits extend to all members of your household
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective store's policies.
Household Sharing
You may invite other users to your household. All household members have full access to view, create, edit, and delete baby profiles and tracking entries. You are responsible for inviting only trusted individuals. If any household member has a premium subscription, all members benefit from premium features.
AI-Powered Features
The Quick Log feature uses artificial intelligence (provided by OpenAI) to extract tracking entries from text, voice recordings, and photos. AI processing is subject to availability and accuracy limitations. You should review extracted entries before confirming them. We are not responsible for inaccurate AI interpretations.
Voice Assistant Integrations
nappi integrates with Apple Siri and Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled tracking. These integrations are subject to the respective platform's terms of service and availability. Voice processing is performed by Apple and Amazon, not by nappi.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access to the App
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by nappi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (baby information, tracking entries, notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content to provide our services. When you use Quick Log, you grant us permission to send your input to OpenAI for processing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. nappi is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns about your baby.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nappi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nappi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
