Mash raspberries and serve on their own, or mix into porridge, warm cereal, or yogurt. Most babies this age cannot yet pick up small flattened pieces.

Gently flatten soft, ripe raspberries so baby can practice the pincer grasp. You can also keep mashing them into yogurt, porridge, or other scoopable foods.

Whole ripe, soft raspberries are usually fine now. If you or your child are not ready, keep flattening, easing off as eating skills mature.
