6-9 months

Prep:

Offer cooked, deboned haddock fillet in pieces about the width and length of two adult pinky fingers, or flake and mix into avocado, olive oil, or yogurt.

Cut:

Pieces two pinky fingers wide, deboned. Smushing in hand is fine.

12-18 months

Prep:

Try homemade haddock cakes for advanced eaters, or break the fish into flakes and mix into grains, pile on toast, or serve with mayo or tahini.

Cut:

Cakes, flakes, or whole pieces. Pre-load fork for utensil practice.
