Free sleep log from nappi.app
Using it with families
- Times written down as they happen. Times remembered the next morning drift. Keeping the sheet by the crib or on the fridge helps.
- One line per day, starting at wake-up. A night's wakings go on the line for the day that night started, so each line reads as one day and the night after it.
- A photo each morning. A quick photo of the sheet is enough for you to read last night before your check-in.
Or skip the paper
Photos of paper logs still have to be read and typed up. With nappi for business, families log in the free nappi app as things happen, and each night lands in your workspace, wakings included.
