Cook thoroughly to well done. No added salt.
Cook until fully tender. Serve as a large strip to gnaw or finely shred. Avoid dense, chewy chunks that can be hard to break down.
Braise or stew until very tender. Offer a large strip the baby can hold and gnaw, or shred finely and mix into a soft purée.
