Serve cooked, deboned tilapia in sections about two adult fingers together. Or mix flaked fish into Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, or hummus.

Sections two adult fingers wide, deboned; or flaked into soft food.

12-18 months

Prep:

Try homemade tilapia cakes, or break cooked fish into flakes for buttered toast or as fork practice with mayonnaise or tahini.

Cut:

Cakes, flakes, or whole pieces. Good age for fork practice.
