Prep:

Continue cooked chopped stalks served over scoopable foods. Pair with stewed strawberries, savory stews, or alongside meats. Always discard leaves.

Cut:

Cooked chopped stalks. No leaves.

12-18 months

Prep:

Continue cooked chopped stalks with cardamom, cinnamon, or ginger. Many toddlers can manage raw rhubarb sliced thin to reduce choking risk.

Cut:

Cooked chopped stalks, or thin raw slices. No leaves.
