Contains MilkChoking risk

How to serve by age

Prep:

Spread pasteurized fresh goat cheese thinly on toast strips or other foods. Thin by whipping with breast milk, formula, or yogurt if needed. Avoid large globs of melted goat cheese.

Cut:

Thin spread on toast or other foods, or crumbles mixed into mashed dishes.

9-12 months

Prep:

Serve small crumbles of fresh, pasteurized goat cheese for pincer practice. Soft cheese can stick in baby's mouth, so offer water alongside. Or keep spreading or melting into dishes.
